Hugh is a retired teacher. He has primarily dedicated his retirement to addressing the problem of the lack of an efficient international language.
To that end, he has been working on a book about English as an international language for over a quarter of a century.
He is also promoting the most ambitious language project in human history.
That project is intended to comprehensively develop an efficient international auxiliary language -- possibly based on Ido.
Hugh has a degree in Education, a graduate diploma in Information Systems, a diploma in Workplace Health and Safety, and is a certified A+ Microcomputer Technician.
He taught Information Technology (IT) in schools and colleges for many years, and his IT training packages have been published online.
He grew up in Canada but now lives in Australia.
